We are seeking a Paid Ads Manager with a focus on social and native for our insurance lead generation division. The position will be responsible for running our internal social, native, SEM traffic

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Help launch/grow our internal display traffic on social, native and search 
  • Optimize and improve campaigns with a focus on profit
  • Monitoring and evaluate all campaigns on a daily basis
  • Work with dev/designers to help launch any creative or programming needed
  • Track any and all campaigns 

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree from a 4-year university
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing and advertising
  • Experience with Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
  • Well-versed in Facebook Ads and Business manager, as well TikTok
  • An impressive knowledge of best practices in pay-per-click advertising
  • Lead Generation/DR experience a plus
  • Self-Starter focused on improvement
