Business Development Specialist – Health/Medicare Sales

Role Summary:

We are seeking a Business Development Specialist to help lead our insurance lead generation division. This role will be responsible for building, leading and managing a sales team responsible for the Company’s lead generation efforts.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Connect and onboard health/medicare lead buyers
  • Develop and maintain relationships with current carriers and agencies
  • Connect and focus on your network to develop new and lasting relationships
  • Manage day to day client interaction
  • Grow sales with current and new clients
  • Interface with lead gen traffic teams to help meet client goals

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree from a 4-year university
  • Business Development or sales operations experience
  • Lead Generation Insurance experience
  • Financial or health-related experience
  • Knowledge of Medicare and Individual Insurance products
  • Prior management experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
